International Adoption for a relative or already identified child

If you have already adopted the child in a country other than the United States, or if you would like to adopt a relative, we may be able to help you regardless of the country. Contact us for more information to see if you qualify.

Outgoing Adoptions

Adoptions from the United States are often referred to as outgoing cases. Hope can help with outgoing adoptions in the following situations: relatives, adoptions from the U.S. foster care system, and infant adoptions, when a mother has independently chosen a non-U.S. family to adopt her child.

Domestic Adoptions

If you have already located a birth mother and need a licensed adoption agency to complete the adoption, Hope has social workers and birth mother counselors on staff to help facilitate the adoption. If you are a birth mother considering placing your child for adoption, our social worker can meet with you to go through your options and be with you every step of the way.
